I already have a website developed on index.php Now i want to convert it on WordPress. So I need help. please help me anyhow. I only have 1 day for it.

Hello – with only a index.php file you are still far away from turning that into a WordPress site. I recommend doing two things:
1. Look into the WordPress documentation to learn how WordPress works: https://wordpress.org/support
WordPress does have index.php, but it also has Themes. This is important to know if you wish to convert your design into a WordPress website design. This and more is all covered in the documentation.
2. Ask your question over in the WordPress.org community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums – that will be your best resource for help if you already know what you want, but need something custom.
If you do not have a custom WordPress yet, you can create a free localhost version to begin learning and testing with a resource like this: https://serverpress.com/
