WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. If you are under the paid plan then you can contact staff via Email (if under the personal plan)or with both Email & Live chat support(if on the higher plan).

If you didn’t go to a page where you had to enter your credit card details after selecting a paid plan first, then you haven’t paid anything.
The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and only owns one site on our free plan.
