Website crash

  We made a free website for our uni club and it was running well for about a week. Suddenly today when we try get to the website it says ‘x site doesn’t exist’. When I go onto our wordpress account the blog posts and things are still there but there is no website when I click on ‘My Site’. What’s going on?!
