Website crash

  Hello

  I am having problems with 2 other wordpress websites.

  I recently downloaded WP Vivid Backup. I downloaded the website for one of my sites onto WP vivid. I then uploaded the site to another site. Installation website under the same account.

  After that the website on csolar crashed, all my plugins got deleted on both accounts, i cant edit my website at all, i cant contact customer service through that account, i cant download new plugins, cant do anything without error messages. very very bad
