Website Crash

I have a website with a unique domain, I was installing a new theme which subsequently turned everything white (makes sense) but now I can’t login through the WP-login to edit my site. It is giving me an error 505. Is this a problem I need to contact the host about?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL of the site you are having trouble with? It sounds like it is a self-hosted WordPress site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version that is supported here.

With that being said, you can access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme.

If that still doesn’t help, I would recommend reviewing the WordPress.org support forums. If you are unable to find a solution, you can start a thread of your own and include as much information as possible, such as your URL, details of the problem you are experiencing, and what you have already tried.

    Good luck!
