  Hi, the website has crashed. Our Host Bluehost is pointing to the domain registration, could you help us with this issue?

  Please let me know which site you are working on.

  It’s not possible to change the DNS records on a free site like, keezeco.wordpress.com. That’s why I am asking for the site details. Then I can see the status and get you in the right direction for some help.

  Based on your post, it sounds like you’re running a stand alone WordPress installation rather than using our service at WordPress.com. The differences are outlined here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The domain, keeze.co, was not renewed. This is why the site isn’t working.

  I’ve contacted our domain partner to ask them for help in recovering the domain. Once I hear back I will be in touch.
