Website Crash, Can’t log in on wp-admin OR recovery mode
-
I am experiencing a critical issue with my WordPress site, and I require urgent assistance. Below is a detailed account of the problem, the steps I have taken, and the current status:
Initial Error Encounter: My site began showing a critical error which made it impossible to access the WordPress dashboard (wp-admin).
Automated Error Email: WordPress sent me an automated email indicating that the ‘Instantio – Instant Checkout for WooCommerce’ plugin caused a fatal error.
Recovery Mode Attempt: I attempted to use the WordPress recovery mode link provided in the email, but it failed to initialize recovery mode.
Dashboard Inaccessibility: Despite being in recovery mode, the dashboard remains inaccessible, persistently loading without resolution, and eventually leading to a ‘503 Service Unavailable’ error.
Jetpack Disconnection: I disconnected Jetpack, following a prompt in the WordPress.com account interface, and now my site has disappeared from the ‘My Sites’ section on WordPress.com.
Current Status: I am currently unable to add items to the cart or proceed with the checkout on my site, and I can’t access the WordPress admin panel to troubleshoot the plugin issue.
I have not made any recent changes to the site that could have led to this error. Could you please assist me in regaining access to my WordPress admin, resolving the plugin conflict, and ensuring my site is functional again?WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: No
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to the free support forums for websites hosted on WordPress.com. While your site is not hosted with us, we’re here to guide you in the right direction for assistance.
Since you’re using the open-source version of the WordPress platform, which operates differently from what we provide on WordPress.com, you can find help at the community forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The community members in the open-source forum are well-versed in these matters and are in the best position to offer support.
Alternatively, I recommend reaching out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
I hope this information helps guide you in the right direction. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions or need more assistance.
