  A website that I was asked to work on (www.japcan.co.za) has encountered an error:

  I am unable to access the /wp-admin for the site.

  Any advice on how to recover the site?

  The website you have mentioned above is hosted on Fatcow.

  We’re only able to help with the website hosted on WordPress.com.
