Website Crashed

  Hi there, a website for an organisation I am part of, recently crashed and we cannot access the admin login. I therefore have a few questions:

  1. Is it possible to regain access to the admin login another way?
  2. Can WordPress do a reboot for us?
  3. How can we use the backup files that we made in early January? Is there a way to view their content?
  4. Can we set-up a redirect to our new temporary website?
