There is no telephone support at WordPress.com and support here is limited to sites actually hosted here such as https://normannorth.wordpress.com/ which loads just fine and hasn’t been updated for a decade. If your unnamed site is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software the correct support forum is at: https://wordpress.org/support/
