website crashed

    Heelllppppp! My nonprofit the works with sea otters has both this (outdated) blog and and (outdated) website, http://www.otterproject.org. I went to the admin side and it asked me to run several updates. I selected ‘update all’ and it crashed and now the public website is down (during fundraising season). Error message is: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/77/9273377/html/wp-content/plugins/googleanalytics/tools/class-support-logging.php on line 83 Someone please help!

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact support for the Google Analytics plugin mentioned in that error message for help with this.
