Website Crashed

  • Unknown's avatar

On Saturday, I went through and updated a bunch of plugins on the website I manage for my church. By Sunday morning, I had no access to the website, and all anybody could get was an error message. What’s worse is that the error message says there should be an email with instructions in the inbox of the site admin, but nobody with site access received this email, and we’re not sure what email is actually the site admin. I’m not very well-versed in web design other than some simple aspects I need to know for managing the site, but I’ll be happy to answer any follow-up questions to the best of my knowledge. Any help is appreciated.
