website crashed after trying to do woocommerce updates

I have taken 3 of your WordPress webinars this week. During the one on WooCommerce, I asked during the q&a about updates for woocommerce and said that I was nervous since my website crashed in the past after doing it. I was advised to just do it any way one at a time and then enable auto-updates. Sure enough, I tried to update and it crashed. It asked me to note the time of 4:17am CST on Aug 13, 2021. What do I do now?
I also have a book launching in 4 days and need my website up and running. I have been working on the content for it all week and don’t want to lose all that info.
I know GoDaddy is my host, so I called them, but they said it’s a WordPress PlugIn issue, not a server issue, so I needed to contact y’all. But there’s no email or phone number to call.
