Website crashed after update – can’t login or anything

  I just installed the latest wordpress update and our website completely crashed.

  I don’t see any WordPress.com sites under your account here.

  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  Hi, I have the same problem for https://www.schetswinkel.nl – first I tried to update and got an error saying that the amount of items in the package was not correct. after de-installing a couple of inactive plugins I tried again and got another error message just before the site broke down.

  Hi @schetswinkel please note that The site schetswinkel.nl appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on an outside web hosting company, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/schetswinkel.nl+dns

  To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
