Website Crashed – Unable to Restore

  Hi, I believe Woocommerce is causing issues on my website. Ever since I installed it, my website has crashed multiple times. I was previously able to restore the website using Updraft Plus. However, today, I attempted to restore four times. Twice, I was logged out for ‘inactivity’ in the middle of the restore process. I did not navigate away from the page, and moved my mouse every few minutes, so the claims of inactivity were false. Then, each time I was logged out, I attempted to log in and received a ‘wrong password’ message. I reset my password twice, but this continued to happen.

  Could you please provide the website address? And whether it is hosted on WordPress.com or on another hosting service?
