Website Crashing

  My website keeps crashing with the following errors

  Warning: require_once(/home2/jchavez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/includes/class-wp-dlm.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/jchavez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download-monitor.php on line 44

  Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home2/jchavez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/includes/class-wp-dlm.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home2/jchavez/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-monitor/download-monitor.php on line 44

  I am also unable to automatically update my WordPress

  It looks like you are using the self hosted version, which is WordPress.org. You have posted in the forum for WordPress.com and we are unable to assist you here.
