  Hi,

  I’m trying to create a website (shipping company) where customers are able to login and view all their invoices and packages. Is WordPress able to do this?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi! Just so I understand correctly, you’re looking to set up a shipping company/courier network?

  WordPress in its basic form doesn’t include that as a function as such, so you would definitely be looking at setting up plugins/extensions which have ecommerce functionality – here on WordPress.com that means you’d want the Business plan to be able to add plugins:

  Depending on what type of company you’re wanting to set up, there are options! The WooCommerce plugin (which you can use on the Business plan) is an ecommerce plugin – it turns a basic site into a store. With WooCommerce, there are a whole load of extensions that can be added to it, for example this extension which lets customers pick when they’d want to receive a courier delivery:
