  I am trying to get my site designed but I had questions about if I pay for a site does it allow me to make as many sites as possible under one account or do I have to pay for each additional site I creat?

  If you are using any of the premium features, you need to pay everytime you use it.

  You are allowed to make as many free sites as you want, however for upgrading to premium features, you need to pay for each site.
