Website creation in progress – not registered

    Hello. Last June I started creating a wordpress website through an online class at my public library. The class ended, as did my 3 month trial to wordpress, and I can’t seem to access the content I created since it was never published or registered.

    I can log into my account which is beanecounter but can’t see any content created at the http://xxxxxx.sg-host.com which I was using to create the website.

    I spent hours and hours creating my site and content (I am not very tech savvy) and hope all of this work isn’t lost. Is there any way to retrieve the data or keep working on the website?

    hi,

    Your website (eliseb3.sg-host.com) does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
    We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

    You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
