Web developer charging Rs.9000 including domain and hosting.
But word press charging Rs.9600 and I need to Install plugin and I need to change the everything.Word press charges is too much high for membership.

In order to use any plugin at WordPress.com, you will need to have a Business plan. Once you have the plan, you can use thousand of free plugins that are available and even uploading custom plugins.
