Website critcal error

    Hi,
    I am trying to help my mom with her website. I am not a developer so I have no idea where to start. She is hosted on Webspacebar and has a site with wordpress. I logged into her wordpress backend as her site was showing an error. It seems one of the plugins has an error and is ‘breaking’ the site. So, I suggested we choose a new theme for her entire site and start from scratch as we didn’t know how to fix this plugin error. However, everytime I try to do anything on her dashboard, I am redirected to a page that says ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ There is no such email in her inbox though, and so now we are stuck. I need to find the simplest possible solution, even if this is to delete the entire site and start from scratch. We may even opt to use wordpress for hosting as well so that we don’t have a million moving parts if that is possible?

    Could anyone please point me in the right direction? Feeling frustrated and a bit lost.

    I am also facing the same error while configuring woocommerce plugin. The website Url is http://www.shatvika.com. Please help me resolve this.

    I have updated the .htaccess file and have set the max_execution_time to 600.
    Still I get this error in WordPress dashboard. My WordPress is hosted on AWS Lightsail. I rebooted the WordPress instance. Still no luck. Any help to understand what is the issue here is highly appreciated.
