  Hi there,

  Let me note that this forum is dedicated to WordPress.com users who have hosted their websites on WordPress.com, while your website is using open source WordPress.org software and is hosted on Dreamscape as I can see here: https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=tangramdesign.sg.
  That said, there is not much we can help here on this forum, as we do not see files of websites hosted out of WordPress.com.

  If you can not access the website because of critical error, I suggest you to contact a hosting provider (which in your case is a domain registrar too) https://www.crazydomains.com/contact/.

  If that does not help, you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice or look for solutions on existing forum threads:

  By the way, I do not see any critical errors on tangramdesign.sg.
  If you have some problems with theme or website design, then your hosting provider as I have mentioned above wont help. In such case I suggest you to contact your theme creators team: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/.
