  Hi, I’m not sure why but I’m just getting a blank white screen instead of being able to access the dashboard on my website. Can you help?

  Correct account: Yes

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
