  I bought my domain from NAME.com. Then I moved to WordPress to build my website. Since I couldn’t install personalized themes on WP without a business plan. I decided to deactivate my website and find hosting somewhere else. I bought hosting on NAME.com. And deactivated my website on WordPress. Now every time I write my website on google, I get redirected to WordPress which shows me that my site doesn’t exist. How can install WP from domain hosted from NAME.com?

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of 8wonder.net?

  That domain is no longer in any way connected to WordPress.com.

  But it will take time for search engines to realise that, and until the re-index your site as you have it set up at your new hosting provider, search result links will still try to route people to the WordPress.com version that’s currently still indexed and cached with search engines.

  This re-indexing has to happen at the different search engines themselves, and isn’t something we have any control over.
