    Hello, my website down for unknown reason, at least I couldn’t figure out why.
    I received an email says,

    But I never used any of this kind of code or stuff. I just edit everything in the dashboard and use some plugins.

    Hello @unclefossil520,

    I am sorry to hear your experience.

    However, it appears that your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com. As suggested by the nameservers in the ICANN Who is registry, it appears your host is Cloudflare. And your site http://www.unclefossil.com is likely to be using an open source WordPress.org software.

    I know this can be confusing, but there are two types of WordPress. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:

    You need to seek help at these forums with more experienced members:

    Or contact your host for support.
