Website deleted

My whole website was deleted. I entered more than 200 products into my site. I edited the website for a week. Now everything is gone. I got on WordPress a week ago. The editing site started acting up on the weekend. Got chat support today. Apparently a plugin caused a backend scripting issue. I’m totally new to it, and I downloaded and activated only 2 plugins myself. There were more than 10 plugins already active when I started out that I did not download or activated. They can’t tell me which one messed it all up, but they wanted to charge me $99 to fix it for me. Now when I logged in everything was deleted. Who is at fault here?

Oh yea, if I did pay the $99 for them to fix my issue, they can not guarantee that it won’t happen again soon. If it happens again next week, they will have to charge me again $99 to fix it for me.

It looks like your site is hosted with Bluehost and not with us here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
I’m not sure who you paid to fix your site, but if it was Bluehost support, you should reach back out to them for clarification.
