Website deleted

I had been editing a website for the last two weeks and went to go on the website- all of my plugins are gone that I have purchased and the website isn’t on my profile. I have checked that I am logged into the right account, I’m not sure what has happened to all the work I just did.
Now it is saying on the website that I have to upgrade to business to install plugins after already purchasing the ability to do so? I’m confused.
