  Hello i deleted my blog a while back due to poor health and not having time to keep my fashion blog updated, i was wondering if there was anyway to get the name back considering its just gone an unavailable now. If not will the name ever come back into rotation or do you just lock out names permanently after they are deleted?

  Blog names are locked out permanently: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can create a new blog with a slight variation on the original name, though.
