  Hi
  I’m about to make a website where you ask the costumers some question, with a form for ‘question flow’. And after they answered the question they get send a PDF file that matches their answers. Is that possible to do?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  And this is something you want to happen automatically? You don’t want to have to check the responses and then email the form out yourself?

  Hi there,

  We do have a form builder tool on WordPress.com that allows you to create a submission form. This will also send you a copy of the message (to any inbox you set) and will also store a copy on the site admin dashboard.

  It will not however create a PDF and does not have a way to provide answers in an automated way. What you describe sounds like it may need a custom solution, but you may also wish to check and see if forms built in https://www.wufoo.com/ or JotForms will be able to do what you need them to.

  Both of those 3rd party form building tools will allow you to embed the form on your WordPress.com site as explained here: https://wordpress.com/support/forms/
