  Hello,
  I have chosen a free template and am trying to customize it but I cant seem to click on what I want to edit (i.e. changing colors, fonts, post location). How can I fix this?

  Everything you can change globally, you’ll find in My Site>Design>Customize. You can also adjust each page or post directly from the Block Editor:
