phoenix.cool was created with self hosted WordPress.org software rather than WordPress.com, which means some of the features may not be available here by default. I recommend looking at our theme showcase to see if you can find something suitable there:
Third party themes and custom plugins like Divi Builder can only be installed on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan, so that’s something to consider if you want to add additional features beyond our free, Personal and Premium plans.

Firstly, thanks for your response. The site I will use will be designed at wordpress.org. If you have a theme that you know I can use and if you share it for free I would be very happy. -
In that scenario, anything found in the theme directory will work on your WordPress.org set up.
