website directing to another website

  I own two domains… annadubuis.wordpress.com, and haute-potato.com (which is a wordpress.com site). For some reason when I go to annadubuis.wordpress.com it is directing to haute-potato.com. This has never happened before. Please can someone advise?!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  oh, and haute-potato.com used to be the domain annadubuis.wordpress.com, but then I changed the name of the blog and bought the domain name, and set the domain annadubis.wordpress.com as my personal site.

  When you purchased domain mapping that’s exactly what it is intended to do. Domain mapping reidrects all URLs found in annadubis.wordpress.com sub-domain to the domain URLs of the domain you purchased which is haute-potato.com

  Did you purchase the haute-potato.com domain through WordPress.com? http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

  Did you follow through with the domain mapping instructions and set haute-potato.com as your primary blog or not?

  eek i thought that if what was previously on annadubuis.wordpress.com was now on a different url, that annadubuis.wordpress.com would be available? why has this problem only just happened now – it has been fine for about 3 weeks since i did the swap??

  i didn’t buy it through wordpress, no.

  i followed all the domain mapping instructions, and set haute-potato.com as the main site.

  can i somehow delete annadubuis.wordpress.com from the haute-potato.com site so that i can keep annadubuis.wordpress.com as a separate site?

  in fact i changed the wordpress address of haute-potato.com to ahautepotato.wordpress.com, so annadubuis.wordpress.com should not even be listed anywhere near the haute potato blog???

  odd… the problem has gone. do you know how i can prevent it happening again? and why did it happen?
