WEBSITE DISAPEARED

Hi, we are a French association and we had our website on wordpress since 10 years. We just find out that we didn’t pay for our domain name this year and that a German company bought it on July 2020. I wanted to check if our website was still availabe on WordPress but it says that we don’t have any website yet…. Does that mean that our website has been deleted ?? Could you please help us about this ? Thank you very much

We created it with WordPress so I’m surprised when you say that we never owned any sites here. On the other hand, we didn’t need to do any update for this past 3 years, that’s why we didn’t logged. Thank you for your help -

Neither your domain nor your site was ever hosted by us. Your site was using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting and domain provider regarding your issue.
