My website is http://www.positivelybri.com and it is no longer loading and my wordpress account acts like I have never had a website. I have already posted 2 blog posts an have paid for this domain, so I am confused to why it is not working now! Please help! Thank you!

  • Hi @positivelybri, this domain isn’t registered through us, but it seems to be having some problems. Can you get in touch with the registrar as soon as possible? It appears to be through domain.com .

I went through the process on your site to make a site and I was using through WordPress. I went on domain.com and I don’t have an account there or anything. I don’t know how to get in contact with the registrar. All this happened after I was notified by WordPress.com that my site had been updated to version 4.5.3. Any help or advice you can give would be great. Thank you!

Okay, that’s actually an individual installation of the WordPress.org software rather than anything our servers. But I don’t think that would cause trouble with your domain.

You can see its status here. You can also see where it was registered and who registered it:
    https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=positivelybri.com

The domain status is “clientHold https://icann.org/epp#clientHold

    According to that page:

This status code tells your domain’s registry to not activate your domain in the DNS and as a consequence, it will not resolve. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes, non-payment, or when your domain is subject to deletion.

Often, this status indicates an issue with your domain that needs resolution. If so, you should contact your registrar to resolve the issue. If your domain does not have any issues, but you need it to resolve, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code.

Can you try again to get in touch with domain.com ? Use the email address listed as the domain owner.
