    Ps.: I think your problem is SSL related, so I would reach out to your server provider (www.publicdomainregistry.com). SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and its successor, TLS (Transport Layer Security), are protocols for establishing authenticated and encrypted links between networked computers. I believe, either your administrator or your server provider will be able to help.
