Website Disappeared and Pages Are Gone

    Hi, I’m in need of help restoring a website. The website was working just fine in the beginning of December 2021. However, today it is completely missing. When I click into the backend of WordPress, it’s not even pulling the site title, let alone any of my pages and design.

    I purchased my domain through Microsoft, not through WordPress.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact microsoft support to solve this problem.

    Hi there,

    kymeera.net used to be connected to a site on WordPress.com via our Business Plan, but that plan expired and was removed from the site on 19 November. That also removed the domain connection upgrade that connected the domain here. You’re seeing that error screen because the domain is still pointed to us, but there’s nothing on our side linking that domain to a site.

    The Business Plan on that site belonged to a different admin, kmlareau, but as you’re also an admin on the site, either of your accounts can buy a new plan and domain connection upgrade for the site. Once you add those upgrades back, the site will become accessible at your domain again.
