website disappeared overnight

  2 days ago my website was exactly like i left it, but after a period of not checking on it, my account completely lost access to the website, since for some reason I couldn’t edit anything on it due to a malfuncion with Jetpack. Thanks to the ‘troubleshooting’ i was suggested, requiring me to disconnect jetpack, I completely lost access to my website even though it’s still up. Please help me
