Website disappearing
-
For some unknown reason, my website has disappeared from the internet. Word press is not responding to my problem – how can I get it back ‘up there’?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your domain mapping is still good with us, but your domain registration appears to have expired last year.
I recommend contacting your domain registrar ASAP.
-
That is not true. My domain registration is still good – that is just an excuse on your part. I am disappointed about the service received – yes, my website is still on Word Press, but it isn’t on the internet and that surely is your responsibility.
-
If you registered the domain itself with someone else and that expired, you’re going to run into this problem. It accounts for the issue entirely.
-
-
Contact your registrar and get them to fix whatever is wrong on their end. The mapping apparently works, so the problem is at the domain itself.
-
They tell me that nothing is wrong. I was under the impression that I paid you to host my website!

The only respondent in this thread being paid is macmanx, the rest are just fellow bloggers trying to help out.
What is the URL of your blog?
-
if
Is your site – yes it is renewed but the name servers are not pointing to WordPress.COM. That means the domain mapping will not work properly
-
If your domain is still good, then your domain’s nameservers are not pointed at us.
They are currently pointed to:
ns0.lcn.com
ns1.lcn.comPer the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ they need to be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
