  http://www.namasteyoga.dk has disappered..I was updating plugins and it said to connect to wordpres. I thin by accident entered a new adress and cannot get into the admin of the site..Its all balnk..I really need some help here, so can you plese retrieve it for me?? PLEASE..I know nothing about computers so I really need your help
