Website disconnected from account

  Two weeks ago I set up this account on wordpress, however, once I had finished setting up the website I was creating, I was no longer able to access in through this account.

  The wesbite’s address is eciheid.wordpress.com.

  Is anyone able to tell me how to reconnect to the site I was creating?

  Hi there,

  Have you checked if maybe you have created that account and website with a different username/email?

  That could explain why you can’t access with your present account.

  If that’s not the case, a member of staff can check the account for you.

  You can get help from a member of staff by adding the modlook tag to your post.

  Hi there,

  The site, eciheid.wordpress.com, belongs to the username account, eciheid. You don’t see that site in your account because you are not logged in to the correct account. Log out of the gisaec account and log in as the eciheid account and you will have access to that site.
