Website displaying incorrectly on Windows but not on IOS

  Good day,

  I have a wordpress site that is not displaying correctly on windows PC’s. It is however working on IOS.

  On WIndows, edge and chrome you basically see the “safe mode” “data saving” version of the site.

  Can someone please guide me on how to fix the problem?

  Correction, I have tested it on multiple other devices. The site is displaying incorrectly regardless of the device type.
