website do not appear properly

    hi
    i am travel agent. my website do not appear properly. pls go above mention website & see that first appearance i mean Menu Bar, Head Banner & footer disappear suddenly. this only happen to when click “Home tab” this is very disadvantage for my business. pls make it better asap.

    I guess this is what you mean.

    I’m using “Chrome“. Though I tried clearing a cache, the issue still remains on your site. However, your site looks normal when I tried with Safari.

    Anyway, I’ve tagged this thread for staffs. Let’s wait for a response from them. I hope they will have some information on this issue.

    Hey there,

    I see the issue that you are having with the image. As @hacchism mentioned, it works fine for me in Safari but in Chrome. I added the image on my test site and did not have any issues. The dimensions that are needed are 1260 X 240. I see that it is sized 1260 X 244. I wouldn’t imagine that small of a difference will cause the issue that you are having, but I cropped it to the exact dimensions and it worked for me.
