Website does not appear in list of sites anymore

  Hello!

  On the current account, I am an administrator for the site https://pal02.wpcomstaging.com/. I am also supposed to be the owner the website; thus, I should have access to every available functionnality.

  Unfortunately, since yesterday, I cannot see the site in my list of sites (https://wordpress.com/sites).

  Also, the admin dashboard hides certain options that were previously availables, in particular the Upgrades that enabled me to handle everything related to the current plan. Also, the Settings tab is missing certain options that allowed me to consult my plan aswell.

  Here is the view of my current dashboard tabs:

  

  Which lacks the Upgrades tab seen in any other website’s dashboard:

  

  So it seems like I have lost access to all the Admin and Owner tools, although my account remains an Admin and is supposed to be the owner.

  I would appreciate any tips on why it happened / how can I solve it.
