coffeestainedcashmere.com is not hosted by wordpress.COM
    Name Servers:
    ns.123-reg.co.uk
    ns2.123-reg.co.uk

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
    (3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

Support for that site is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/

Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
    http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.

    Hi there
Thank you so much for your reply
I have checked in my emails and I am definitely signed up to WordPress.com I have paid for domain registration, domain mapping and private registration.

I have been posting on this website for over a year now and it’s only recently I’ve noticed when I am updating it on a browser the details/theme/content of the website are different to what’s on the mobile application which I sometimes use to upload posts

When I go on the website it looks just like what I’ve paid for but when I sign in to edit and upload content it looks like it’s connected to a basic theme and I can’t see all the content. Looks like the two are not connect anymore and I have no idea how or why.

I’ve double checked my log in information and it seems to be all correct. I’m baffled at what is going on here.
I recently changed my hosting could that be the reason?

    Thanks again

http://www.coffeestainedcashmere.com is not the same as https://coffeestainedcashmeredotcom.wordpress.com/

Is it possible you are updating one and looking for changes in the other? I believe that is what is going on, since you said

only recently I’ve noticed when I am updating it on a browser the details/theme/content of the website are different to what’s on the mobile application which I sometimes use to upload posts

If, for example, the login on your mobile device points to coffeestainedcashmeredotcom.wordpress.com but your browser is set to go to coffeestainedcashmere.com, this is exactly what would happen!

Try changing the device/computer that does not go where you want to edit.

    Hi Dave,

I get exactly what you mean but im Using the same email address and password to log in so don’t understand why it’s happening, I don’t get why after it logs in it goes straight to the dot com address ….

    Thanks for your reply

    Hi Sima
Using the same email address and password makes it easy to remember the login details for many sites BUT…

Check which site each device is logging into! The WordPress installation at coffeestainedcashmere.com is independent of the WordPress installation at coffeestainedcashmeredotcom.wordpress.com!

The only thing they share is the name WordPress.
