Website doesn’t match with pages

    I am trying to export my site over to blue host so I don’t have to entirely redo the site. I downloaded my xml file. But when I imported my site was a jumbled page of nothing I did. I also checked on pages on this end. and I just have a blank page that doesn’t match the live website. I honestly have no idea how the site it running at this point
