    Hi there,

    If a site already exists there is nothing we can do. We can’t transfer a site without the owner’s permission under any circumstances, no matter if they aren’t using it.

    Your only option to get that URL is to leave a comment on that site asking the owner if they will transfer it to you, but the decision is up to them. We can’t give you an email address to contact the current owner.
