  hi, if i already have a website and domain can i use the domain again for my wood press blog? my website address is http://www.jesse4homes.com. I am planning to plug the blog into my website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can create a sub-domain like blog.jesse4homes.com and map that sub-domain to your WordPress.COM site.

  NOTE:
  You need to upgrade to a paid WordPress.COM plan to be able to map your sub-domain.
