  Hello,

  I am not sure where my domain is at. It is either with GoDaddy or Wix. Neither will clarify who has it. Would you be able to get it transferred without knowing?

  Could you please mention the domain name?

  It’s not possible to transfer the domain without having access to the domain registrar’s account because you have set the WordPress.com DNS to complete the process.
