  I need to change my website domain. I am wanting to switch my domain to Google.

  I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “switch my domain to Google” would you please clarify?

  Hi sorry for not being clear.
  So our website is currently hosted by HostGater and we are wanting to change to Google. I was wondering if the website will carry over without any issues and we can continue to use the same address.

  Also, if it does carry over, I need the IP address or the A-record to give to Google for them to host my website.

  It appears you’re asking in the wrong place if your site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com. You’ll need to ask HostGator about transfering the domain. The site’s content won’t “carry over”. If the site uses the wordpress software then the correct forum (register an account at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ ) can advise on exporting/importing content from one site at HostGator to a new installation of wordpress at Google.
