Website domain in redemption. The domain name was resisted through wordpress.com

Our site NASTRA.org was registered through WordPress.com. The registration process was hosted out to Wildwestdomains.com. When contacting them directly the said we needed to contact wordpress.com since we initiated the domain registry through your site. We are trying to get our domain out of redemption. We would like your assistance with doing this.

nastra.org expired on 2017-08-19 and is currently in the redemption period:
At this stage, we can still try to recover the domain but there will be an $80 redemption fee to pay in addition to the $26 renewal cost. If you agree, I can generate a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.
If you don’t want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released, although this can take 80 days or more. There is also no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.
Please let me which option you would prefer.

Do i need to set the primary domain to NASTRA.org? I am getting the below message on the manage domains page, but cannot reach the site.
“We are setting up nastra.org for you. It should start working immediately, but may be unreliable during the first 72 hours. Learn more about your new domain, or try it now.”

You are seeing that message because the name servers can take up to 72 hours to fully update once they have been changed. During this time, your domain may not work as expected.
I’ve checked nastra.org and it is now pointing to site hosted by HostGator. If you aren’t yet seeing that site, please try clearing your browser cache — browsers can sometimes cache the old DNS.
Do i need to set the primary domain to NASTRA.org?
I see you have also selected nastra.org as the domain primary domain, so there is nothing more you need to do there.
